? Support onsite development
status at the supplier’s side;

現(xiàn)場支持供應(yīng)商端開發(fā)過程

? Concepts design in different
Stages (A/B/C samples);

在不同階段（A/B/C 樣）進行概念設(shè)計

? Knowledge on mechanical &
thermal simulations from suppliers;

熟悉供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)、熱分析等等

? Knowledge on supplier’s documentation quality
for technical release;

熟悉供應(yīng)商文件質(zhì)量達到技術(shù)發(fā)布標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

? Implementation of VW change
management standards and requirements at supplier plants,

production sites;

將大眾集團變革管理的需求整合進供應(yīng)商工廠或者產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)場

? Review and supporting test results
analysis;

協(xié)助并審核測試結(jié)果的分析

? Supporting of supplier FMEA
review.

Your Profile/素質(zhì):

? Cell test report review with
experience in cell testing, familiar with PV8450, Cell LAH, Supplier

test list and Level
release checklist;

熟悉單體測試、PV8450 單體測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

? Cell drawing (2D&3D) review, with having experience
in CAD software, familiar with VW

related requirements (VW01014, VW01052, VW01058);

熟悉 CAD 平面或者 3D 建模，熟悉大眾相關(guān)要求（VW01014, VW01052, VW01058）

? Expert knowledge of VW PEP
process to develop automotive cells after VW construction

principles after global
standards;

基于國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和大眾構(gòu)建準(zhǔn)則開發(fā)車輛動力電池單體，對于大眾 PEP 流程有自身的了解

? Understanding of cell
chemistry, production process, cell construction and verification;

了解單體電化學(xué)，產(chǎn)品流程，單體架構(gòu)和認(rèn)證

? Technical knowledge of battery
technology;

了解動力電池技術(shù)

? Knowledge of the Chinese
battery market;

了解國內(nèi)動力電池市場

? High flexibility and able to
work under pressure;

高度靈活性并且能帶壓工作

? At least 3 years of working
experience in the NEV automotive business;

在新能源車輛領(lǐng)域有 3 年以上的工作經(jīng)驗

? MS office, Visio.

MS 工具，Visio 等

? Superior communication skills
and English skills

具備優(yōu)秀的溝通技能和英語語言技能

? German is considered as a plus
