Your Duties/職責(zé):
1. Test sample management. Responsible for receiving the sample from suppliers or other party, transferring cells between test bench and storage room, cell storage management, and post-test treatment of samples;
測試樣品管理，負(fù)責(zé)從供應(yīng)商接收樣品，負(fù)責(zé)樣品在測試臺架和存儲室之間的轉(zhuǎn)移。負(fù)責(zé)單體存儲管理，負(fù)責(zé)樣品測試后的處理
2. Conduction of tests at test bench according to PV8450, GB, GB/T and other VW or external
standard;
依照 PV4850，國標(biāo)或者大眾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行臺架測試
3. Maintenance of test bench, including annual calibration, equipment reparation, new equipment/tools purchasing and other activities to keep the test bench in well operating condition;
負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)臺架，包括年度校準(zhǔn)，老設(shè)備維修，新設(shè)備采購等以使臺架測試狀態(tài)良好
4. Support regulation management of test bench, prepare related documents and necessary activity/construction if required;
支持臺架的常規(guī)管理，如有需要，準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)的搭建工作
5. Emergency case management for test bench, Prepare guiding documents of reaction plan to VW security department. Responsible for performing all necessary reaction when emergency case happens;
為臺架制定應(yīng)急管理措施，準(zhǔn)備指導(dǎo)文件，負(fù)責(zé)臺架緊急情況下的操作
6. Test case preparation based on the LAH and test requirements;
基于測試需求準(zhǔn)備測試用例
7. Conduction of tests at test institutes and/or suppliers;
在測試機(jī)構(gòu)或者供應(yīng)商處執(zhí)行測試用例
8. Technical support for test bench concept and installation, pre-check status for HW/SW/staff;
為臺架的概念或者安裝提供技術(shù)支持，包括臺架的硬件、軟件等
9. Accompany qualification tests from technical point of view.
從技術(shù)角度出發(fā)進(jìn)行安規(guī)測試
Your Profile/素質(zhì):
1. Technical knowledge of battery technology in general and VW’s battery technology in particular;
熟悉動力電池領(lǐng)域尤其是大眾的電池技術(shù)
2. Detailed knowledge on the test requirements in the Volkswagen group;
對于測試要求有較深的理解
3. Experience in cell test planning, conduction and reporting;
在測試計劃，執(zhí)行以及匯報上，有較多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4. High flexibility and able to work under pressure;
高度靈活性，能夠帶壓工作
5. Technical knowledge on VW’s development processes for battery systems;
了解大眾在動力電池系統(tǒng)上的開發(fā)流程
6. Knowledge of the Chinese battery market;
了解中國動力電池市場
7. Superior communication skills and English Skills;
具備優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧和英語能力
8. At least 1~3 years of working experience in the NEV automotive business;
在新能源車輛領(lǐng)域具備 1~3 年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
9. MS office, Visio, CANoe/CAN-alyzer/CANape, D-Space.
具備 MS 工具，Visio，Vector CAN 卡使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，會使用 D-space 臺架
