? Builds and continuously to improve the HR function by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Nurture company culture for employees at all locations.
? Sets, reports on, and achieves specific metrics (KPIs) in the department.
? Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
? Maintains organized and clean filings or all paperwork and related administration work. Ensures compliance with pertinent HR-related laws, regulations, and policies.
? Manages and continuously updates the HR-Workday system, blueprints and checklists.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
? External contacts for this position include HR Service Agencies and activity vendors.
? Internal contacts include all company associates staff members as well as corporate and platform HR team members and supporting functions.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
? A completed bachelor’s degree.
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in MNC or high growth companies
? Savvy at Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
? Nice to have experienced in poster design and video editing software for internal promotion.
? Basic understanding for all of the disciplines within HR: HR Systems, HR Operations and Employee Engagement.
? Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
? In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
