Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of the logistics department: Production planning; raw material procurement of mass-produced products; finished goods delivery and all kinds of transportation; warehouse management.
- Complete various logistics reports in/on time.
- Supervision of raw material procurement of mass-produced products to ensure timely and reasonable procurement and arrival of materials; pay attention to import and export work.
- Focus on the on-time delivery of goods, and control freight.
- Monitor inventory level at the facility; host regular inventory meeting, work with other relevant departments to develop inventory improvement measures and follow up on implementation to meet annual inventory target; host quarterly and annual stocktaking.
- Track and ensure other monthly/annual logistics KPI targets are met: Inventory accuracy, expedited freight, OTD, OTIF, etc.
- Monitor SUT, take effective improvement measures in the field of logistics.
- Responsible for making logistics budget and cost control, continuous improvement of cost and efficiency.
- Establish and optimize various workflow and guidance for logistics and ensure that it is implemented in daily work.
- Pay attention to the various settings and operation logic of ERP system to ensure its normal and effective operation.
- Develop a reasonable safety stock of raw materials based on lead time, demand and impact on inventory.
- Monitor the daily work of the warehouse; rationally plan storage space, improve space utilization; refine the 5S of the warehouse.
- Establish and continuously improve the working interface rules between warehouses and other sectors.
- Focus on team building, development, personnel training and performance evaluation.
- Accept and complete other work tasks assigned by the superior on time.
Your skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fluent in English to listen, speak, read and write,
- Familiarize with the basic workflow and philosophy of manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with the working content, characteristics and control methods of logistics management of manufacturing enterprises.
- Familiar with and be able to operate ERP system.
- More than 5 years of management experience of logistics team.
- Has good communication and coordination ability; be able to work under stress, adaptability and learning ability.
- Be proficient in using computer and various Office software.
