Cultivate strong relationships with freelance translators and agencies, negotiating terms, rates, and contracts to ensure competitive offerings. 3. Utilize social media channels to promote opportunities, build the brand, and attract qualified translators and localization professionals. 4. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely sourcing of resources. 5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sourcing strategies. 6. Maintain accurate records of all sources and engagements, tracking performance metrics and providing reports to management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Linguistics, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Exceptional command of the English language (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus. 3. Proven experience in sourcing, sales, or business development, preferably within the language services industry. 4. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closure. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. 6. Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for professional networking and branding. 7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform sourcing strategies.
