Import/進(jìn)口
Contact with overseas to arrange P/U for collected shipment, and keep monitor it until arrive in destination port, any irregularity report to customer timely.
針對(duì)到付貨物,聯(lián)系國(guó)外安排提貨事宜,并持續(xù)監(jiān)控貨物狀態(tài)直至到達(dá)目的港,任何異常情況要及時(shí)告知客戶
Check the arrival documents and send the pre-alert to consignee timely.
核對(duì)到貨單據(jù)信息并且及時(shí)發(fā)預(yù)報(bào)給收貨人
Shipment tracking, alter customer timely for any changing.
跟蹤貨物狀態(tài),任何變化及時(shí)告知客戶
Contact clients for detail declared information.
聯(lián)系客戶確認(rèn)申報(bào)信息
Prepare the declaration documents and hand over to broker.
準(zhǔn)備報(bào)關(guān)單據(jù)并與報(bào)關(guān)行進(jìn)行交接
Follow up with Brokers during whole clearance procedure.
緊密協(xié)調(diào)報(bào)關(guān)行直至報(bào)關(guān)操作結(jié)束
Report the declaration status in daily.
每天與客戶更新申報(bào)動(dòng)態(tài)
Recorder the returned documents in daily.
及時(shí)記錄報(bào)關(guān)返還文件
Export/出口
Receive booking & clarify booking with related party, send local SOP to all new customers for their easy guideline.
接收訂艙并與相關(guān)方解釋訂艙信息,提供操作流程給所有新客戶作為指導(dǎo)
Guiding vendors through local procedures (incl. Customs, Stuffing,etc.)
與供應(yīng)商梳理操作流程(包括報(bào)關(guān),填充物等)
Responsible to check and create shipper & consignee account number for every shipment within 2 days upon receiving the Booking Order
收到委托2天之內(nèi)核實(shí)并建立收發(fā)貨人CODE
Organize shipment operations: Book and confirm space with carrier (keep client/supervisor/overseas informed about any vessel delay or cancellation, timely escalation in case of space problems)
訂艙并確認(rèn)艙位,任何船期的延誤或者取消要及時(shí)通知客戶,海外代理,主管,如果艙位出現(xiàn)問題要及時(shí)上報(bào)
Trucking arrangement; Warehouse stuffing arrangement; Customs clearance monitoring; Proactively solving any problems during operation process (keep client/supervisor informed about any custom survey, extra surcharge occurred, carrier’s off load or short ship arrangement)
卡車協(xié)議;倉(cāng)庫(kù)協(xié)議;裝箱協(xié)議;清關(guān)協(xié)議;預(yù)見性的解決操作過程中出現(xiàn)的問題(如遇報(bào)關(guān)驗(yàn)貨,額外費(fèi)用產(chǎn)生,船公司甩貨或者短裝要及時(shí)通知客戶和上級(jí)主管)
Dealing with customer in polite manner and solve their daily operation problems timely.
利用和善的溝通方式與客戶進(jìn)行協(xié)商以便及時(shí)解決日常操作中出現(xiàn)的問題
Send Pre-alert to related party strictly according to the SOP.
按照操作流程,發(fā)送預(yù)報(bào)至相關(guān)方。
Timely update CW1 system according to relative SOP and guideline
根據(jù)相關(guān)SOP和指南及時(shí)更新CW1系統(tǒng)
Finish whole operation procedure, include freight settlement with client.
完成全部相關(guān)操作,包括與客戶進(jìn)行運(yùn)費(fèi)結(jié)算
General Request/綜合要求
Keep supervisor informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation
一旦日常操作中出現(xiàn)異常狀態(tài)情況或者發(fā)生有問題貨物,應(yīng)及時(shí)向主管匯報(bào)。
Back up for other team members their absence and annual leave
在組內(nèi)其他成員不在或請(qǐng)假時(shí)期,提供業(yè)務(wù)支持
Other task assigned by the supervisor & manager
由經(jīng)理和主管安排的其他工作
Qualifications
1.College graduate, major in related is preferable.
大專以上學(xué)歷,物流相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2.Knowledge of air export/import.
空運(yùn)進(jìn)出口知識(shí)。
3.Familiar with MS office.
熟練掌握辦公軟件。
4.Good English in reading and writing.
良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫能力。
5.Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently.
具有良好的郵件禮儀,做到及時(shí)高效的回復(fù)。
6.Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency.
具備在壓力和緊急情況下完成日常工作的能力。
