航空運輸
General Responsibilities 主要工作職責
Be responsible for daily air freight business control.
負責日常空運業(yè)務操作。

Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責
Import/進口
Contact with overseas to arrange P/U for collected shipment, and keep monitor it until arrive in destination airport, any irregularity report to customer timely.
針對到付貨物,聯(lián)系國外安排提貨事宜,并持續(xù)監(jiān)控貨物狀態(tài)直至到達目的港機場,任何異常情況要及時告知客戶
Check the arrival documents every morning.
每天上午確認進口到貨單據(jù)
Check the customs EDI with ground agent for each shpt.
與現(xiàn)場代理確認每票貨物倉單信息
Contact clients for detail declared information.
聯(lián)系客戶確認申報信息
Prepare the declaration documents and hand over to broker.
準備報關單據(jù)并與報關行進行交接
Follow up with Brokers during whole clearance procedure.
緊密協(xié)調報關行直至報關操作結束
Report the declaration status in daily.
每天與客戶更新申報動態(tài)
Recorder the returned documents in daily.
及時記錄報關返還文件

Export/出口
Receive booking & clarify booking with related party, send local SOP to all new customers for their easy guideline.
接收訂艙并與相關方解釋訂艙信息,提供空運操作流程給所有新客戶作為指導
Guiding vendors through local procedures (incl. Customs, Stuffing,etc.).
與供應商梳理操作流程(包括報關,填充物等)
Maintain and update booking record sheet for all the coming shipments on daily basis.
對于新訂艙的貨物,每天持續(xù)更新訂艙記錄表
Politely and proactively update operation status, keep both overseas and customers informed about any delay or unusual situation occurred for their shipments at the priority.
針對貨物拖班或其他異常狀態(tài)的發(fā)生,友善,積極地與客戶更新操作動態(tài),保證海外和客戶及時了解貨物狀態(tài)
Dealing with customer in polite manner and solve their daily operation problems timely.
利用和善的溝通方式與客戶進行協(xié)商以便及時解決日常操作中出現(xiàn)的問題
Responsible to check and create shipper & consignee account number for every shipment within 2 days upon receiving the Booking order.
在每票貨物收到訂艙的2天內,負責檢查并新建發(fā)貨人和收貨人的賬號
Organize shipment operations: Book and confirm space with airline.
管理貨物操作:與承運人安排訂艙并確認艙位
Trucking arrangement; Warehouse stuffing arrangement; Customs clearance monitoring; Proactively solving any problems during operation process.
運輸協(xié)議,倉儲協(xié)議,報關監(jiān)管 ,積極的解決操作中發(fā)生的任何問題。
Send Pre-alert to related party strictly according to the SOP.
按照操作流程,發(fā)送預報至相關方。
Timely update CW1 system according to relative SOP and guideline
根據(jù)相關SOP和指南及時更新CW1系統(tǒng)
Finish whole operation procedure, include freight settlement with client.
完成全部相關操作,包括與客戶進行運費結算

General Request/綜合要求
Keep supervisor informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation
一旦日常操作中出現(xiàn)異常狀態(tài)情況或者發(fā)生有問題貨物,應及時向主管匯報。
Back up for other team members their absence and annual leave
在組內其他成員不在或請假時期,提供業(yè)務支持
Other task assigned by the supervisor & manager
由經理和主管安排的其他工作

Qualifications
1.College graduate, major in related is preferable.
大專以上學歷,物流相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2.Knowledge of air export/import.
空運進出口知識。
3.Familiar with MS office.
熟練掌握辦公軟件。
4.Good English in reading and writing.
良好的英語讀寫能力。
5.Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently.
具有良好的郵件禮儀,做到及時高效的回復。
6.Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency.
具備在壓力和緊急情況下完成日常工作的能力。
