What are my responsibilities?

1. Detect and analyze the waste in production lines with professional lean tools, then work out the improvement plan and drive the improvements.運用專業(yè)的精益工具，分析并發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中的各種浪費，制定相應的改善方案并推動實施；
2. Work station design to ensure all of the production material can be easily to get and refill, all of the product transportation easily , all of the assembly tool using easily, and the operator should be comfortable and safety.裝配線工位設計，確保所有物料獲取及補充、產(chǎn)品流轉(zhuǎn)、裝配工具使用的便捷，操作人員的舒適及安全等。；
3. Analyze labor and machine waste of assembly line and improve, then increase the productivity.分析裝配線人員和機器的浪費并改善，提升生產(chǎn)效率；
4. Assembly line balancing and improvement, then increase the productivity and short the delivery time.裝配線平衡分析并改善，提升生產(chǎn)效率并縮短交期；
5. Lean logistic design to ensure all of the material transportation with lean path, and all of the material can be refill easily and in time.精益物流設計，確保物料的運輸路徑及運輸方式的合理，物料補充的便捷及及時等；
6. Continuous improvement for Assembly line with lean tools.裝配線的精益持續(xù)改善；

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Be familiar assembly knowledge 熟悉電機裝配相關知識；
2. Lean production know like 6S, standard work, TPM ,SMED, VSM etc. 精益生產(chǎn)的相關知識 ，如6S，JIT，標準化工作，全員生產(chǎn)維護，快速換型，價值流圖等；
3. Be familiar with the method and tool of quality management and also can be proficient in using them熟悉質(zhì)量管理的方法和工具并能熟練運用；
4. Lean digitalization know how 精益數(shù)字化的相關知識；
5. Be able to use English in working ;be communication with Siemens colleague 能運用英語進行工作交流；
6. More than 3 years working experiences with lean project. 3年以上精益改善相關的工作經(jīng)驗
