1. 5年IT 運(yùn)維服務(wù)/ IT infra 銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. 具備制造業(yè),零售,快消,生物制藥 ,金融客戶資源且可轉(zhuǎn)化。
3. 跟進(jìn)重要銷售線索,參與談判,確保簽單和服務(wù)實(shí)施的質(zhì)量。
4. 豐富的大客戶營銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),較強(qiáng)的市場開拓以及業(yè)務(wù)談判能力,銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn) 包括但不限于IDC, 服務(wù)器,網(wǎng)絡(luò), Call Center, OSS,應(yīng)用上云,云遷移等 運(yùn)維服務(wù)管理(MS/ITO)。
5. 具備較強(qiáng)的客戶需求分析能力、客戶管理能力、項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作能力及商務(wù)談判能力。
6. 本科及以上學(xué)歷。良好的中英文演示和談判技巧。
崗位職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)、行業(yè)客戶開發(fā)。
2. 開拓 IT 運(yùn)維服務(wù)、系統(tǒng)集成、IT 服務(wù)管理、IT 管理咨詢等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。
3. 進(jìn)行有效的銷售演示、解決方案提案、商務(wù)談判。
4. 與交付團(tuán)隊(duì)和解決方案團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,提供技術(shù)和服務(wù)提案。
5. 提供每周/每月的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)展更新和個(gè)人績效的復(fù)盤與改進(jìn)措施。
6. 面向大中型及集團(tuán)化企業(yè)客戶,包含但不限于 制造業(yè)、金融,零售快消、高科技電子等重點(diǎn)行業(yè)的客戶開拓與商機(jī)跟進(jìn)工作,合理制定銷售策略,完成年度銷售指標(biāo)和任務(wù)。
Desired Skills and Experience
1. 5 years Sales experience in IT service firms.
2. Good understanding of IT service offering especially with manufacturing, retail, FMCG, biopharmaceuticals, and finance sectors that can be converted.
3. Outstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business and achieve production quota consistently.
4. Rich experience in KA farming or hunting. Strong capabilities in market development and business negotiation, includes but not limited in IDC, servers, networks, Call Centers, OSS, application cloud migration, and other operational service management (MS/ITO).
5. Strong abilities in customer needs analysis, customer management, project operation, and business negotiation.
6. Bachelor degree or above. Good presentation and negotiation skill in both Chinese and English.
Job Description
1. Develop and explore business opportunities, maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers.
2. Explore IT operation services, system integration, IT service management, IT management consulting, and other related businesses.
3. Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation.
4. Work closely with Delivery team and solution team for technical and commercial proposal .
5. Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement.
6. Target large or medium-sized group enterprise customers, including but not limited to customer development and business opportunity follow-up in key industries such as manufacturing, finance, retail FMCG, and high-tech electronics. Formulate reasonable sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and tasks.
