崗位職責：
1.Assist to develope of the university's mental heath center and its team members.
2.Independently manage routine student counseling cases and facilitate various themed psychological groups to address the diverse mental health difficulties of students.
3.Conduct education and awareness campaigns on mental health topics, including organizing psychological courses and seminars, utilizing various forms of new media, and maintaining the psycho-education website.
4.Train and manage student mental health mentoring and ambassador programs
5.Coordinate with colleges, departments, and other administrative units to lead the implementation of psychological crisis intervention for students.
6.Other administrative tasks assigned by the department head.

2.獨立管理日常學生咨詢案例，并組織各種主題的心理小組，能應對學生面臨的多樣化心理健康問題。
3.開展心理健康主題的教育、宣傳活動，包括開設心理課程、組織研討會、利用各種新媒體形式、維護心理教育網站。
4.培訓和管理學生心理健康互助項目。
5.協(xié)調學院、學系和其他行政部門，主導學生的心理危機干預工作的開展。
6.完成部門負責人安排的其他任務。
任職要求：
Educational background: Bachelor or Master’s degrees
Major: Counseling or Psychology related majors, with professional qualifications in counseling.
Language preference: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with excellent language and communication skills.
Others: Proficient in counseling, education and mental crisis intervention, with a strong ability to plan and organize mental health activities. Prior developing mental heath center and team or teaching experience in university psychological general courses is preferred.

專業(yè)要求：心理輔導或心理學相關專業(yè)，具備心理咨詢相關專業(yè)資格。
語言要求：流利的中英文書寫及口語能力，具備出色的語言和溝通技能。
其他：能夠開展日常危機干預相關工作，處理心理健康相關的緊急情況，精通心理健康教育與咨詢，具有較強的心理健康活動策劃與組織能力。有建設大學心理中心經驗，或有教授心理通識課程教學經驗者優(yōu)先。
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
