崗位職責(zé): 1. Responsible for Adjunct Faculty income tax, including liaising with tax service providers and addressing any questions regarding income tax. 2. Responsible for the recruiting approval process of project-based staff, including managing entries and exits, contract management, etc. 3. Responsible for training, formulating the training plans and budgets, organizing the training activities, evaluating the feasibility etc. 4. Organize staff events. 5.Assist with compensation and benefits-related work. 6. Assist to draft the policies, official documents, reports, and initiatives of HR in both English and Chinese. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders. 1. 負(fù)責(zé)借調(diào)師資個(gè)稅工作,與稅務(wù)供應(yīng)商對(duì)接回復(fù)個(gè)稅疑問等事項(xiàng); 2. 負(fù)責(zé)科研項(xiàng)目人員聘用管理全過程,包括入離職管理、合同管理等; 3. 負(fù)責(zé)員工培訓(xùn)工作,包括培訓(xùn)方案和預(yù)算的制定,培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)的組織,培訓(xùn)有效性評(píng)估等工作; 4. 負(fù)責(zé)員工活動(dòng)的安排和組織; 5.協(xié)助薪酬福利工作; 6. 協(xié)助人力資源管理制度、公文/報(bào)告/方案的中英文撰寫; 7. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。 任職要求: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Finance, Law, or related fields. 2.More than 5 years of relevant work experience, worked in income tax or compensation-related work preferred. 3.Be familiar with human resources knowledges, the national and local labor laws and regulations. 4.Good command of English and Chinese and oral skills. 5.Good interpersonal skills, learning and anti-stress abilities, and team spirit. 專業(yè)要求:人力資源管理或財(cái)務(wù)或法律等相關(guān)專業(yè) 語言要求:優(yōu)秀的中、英文書寫及口語能力 其他: 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理或財(cái)務(wù)或法律等相關(guān)專業(yè); 2.5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、具備個(gè)稅或薪酬工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先; 3.掌握人力資源相關(guān)知識(shí),熟悉國家和地方的相關(guān)勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī); 4.優(yōu)秀的中、英文書寫及口語能力; 5.良好的溝通能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、抗壓能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
