職責(zé)Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising the company's bulk trade related contracts and legal documents, and improving the company's standard contract text; To ensure the legality and validity of various legal documents.
負(fù)責(zé)起草、審核、修改公司大宗貿(mào)易相關(guān)合同和法律文件，完善公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合同文本；確保各類(lèi)法律文件的合法性和有效性，
2. Main to be involved into various legal work, related to international trading, mostly export from China, with a range of countries, including Russia. Successful candidate should be an experienced contractual lawyer with an understanding of international banking (not a banking lawyer, but a person, who understand how a bank works).
主要參與各種法律工作，與國(guó)際貿(mào)易有關(guān)，主要從中國(guó)出口，與包括俄羅斯在內(nèi)的一系列國(guó)家。成功的候選人應(yīng)該是一名經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的合同律師，了解國(guó)際銀行業(yè)務(wù) (不是銀行律師，而是一個(gè)了解銀行如何運(yùn)作的人)。
3. Participate in business negotiations and provide legal support for trade-related decisions;
參與商務(wù)談判，為貿(mào)易相關(guān)決策提供法律支持;
4. Take a proactive position in construction of compliance management system, follow up the policy trends of Chinese and international laws and regulations and implement them in daily legal work.
主動(dòng)參與合規(guī)管理體系建設(shè)，跟蹤國(guó)內(nèi)外法律法規(guī)的政策動(dòng)態(tài)，并將其落實(shí)到日常法律工作中。
5 . Provide daily legal advice and guidance for business purposes;
為企業(yè)提供日常法律咨詢(xún)和指導(dǎo);
6. Complete other work assigned by the company related to the functions mentioned above.
完成公司交辦的與上述職能相關(guān)的其他工作.

職位要求 Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, law and other related majors, with 3-5 years or more of legal related work experience in international trading company, involved into export activities from China to other countries, including Russia;
本科及以上學(xué)歷，法律等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，3-5年以上國(guó)際貿(mào)易公司法律相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參與過(guò)中國(guó)對(duì)包括俄羅斯在內(nèi)的其他國(guó)家的出口活動(dòng);
2. Familiar with company law, contract law and other Chinese legislation applicable to international trading trading activities;
熟悉公司法、合同法等適用于國(guó)際貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的中國(guó)法律;
3.Enthusiasm for work, positive, practical and hard-working, quick and meticulous thinking, clear thinking, strong language and writing skills;
對(duì)工作熱情，積極向上，踏實(shí)肯干，思維敏捷縝密，思路清晰，語(yǔ)言和文字表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)；
4.With all kinds of legal affairs logical judgment and analysis ability;
具備各類(lèi)法律事務(wù)的邏輯判斷和分析能力;
5.Standard Mandarin, proficient in English, English usually will be used as a working language;
普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，精通英語(yǔ)，英語(yǔ)可以作為工作語(yǔ)言；
6. Can accept business trips.
