Our client, a leading service provider in Hong Kong, is expanding its operations in Zhuhai and seeks a skilled HR and Payroll Service Supervisor to join them.

• Basedin Zhuhai, Cantonese Speaker
• 5 days work, performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager, and assist to manage a team responsible for complete payroll processing
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in payroll processing
• Handle preparation of all tax obligations, including employee income tax and relevant statutory contributions
• Participate in and aid in payroll system development
• Provide HR services
• Respond to payroll inquiries in a professional manner
• Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations and keep the team informed
• Manage ongoing client relationships
• Assist Manager to develop, implement, and review operational policies, SOPs and processes
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant HR and payroll experience
• Knowledge of HR and general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• Problem analysis and solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in team management
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Advanced computer software skills in MS Excel, MS Office and payroll packages
