基于對(duì)國際化教育市場(chǎng)整體態(tài)勢(shì)、區(qū)域特性、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及學(xué)校競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的深度洞察,全面統(tǒng)籌、協(xié)調(diào)并高效執(zhí)行校區(qū)的市場(chǎng)招生工作。同時(shí),負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)招生團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的日常培訓(xùn)與能力提升,致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)各學(xué)段招生數(shù)量的***化,全方位提升威雅學(xué)校的品牌美譽(yù)度。在日常工作中,秉持強(qiáng)烈的主人翁意識(shí),以學(xué)生為中心的理念為指引,積極主動(dòng)地解決各類問題,為學(xué)校的持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量,并在這一過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人能力的不斷進(jìn)階。
Based on a deep understanding of the overall trends, regional characteristics, development directions, and competitive advantages of the international education market, comprehensively plan, coordinate, and efficiently execute the marketing and admissions work of the school. Additionally, responsible for the daily training and capability enhancement of the marketing and admissions team, striving to maximize student enrollment across all academic stages and elevate the brand reputation of Weiya School. In daily work, uphold a strong sense of ownership, guided by a student-centered philosophy, proactively solve various problems, contribute to the school's sustainable development, and achieve continuous personal growth in the process.
具體工作職責(zé)包括但不限于 Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與方案制定:依據(jù)既定招生目標(biāo),制定年度、季度及月度市場(chǎng)招生策略、方案與計(jì)劃,明確時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)、預(yù)算分配以及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的清晰職責(zé)分工,確保各項(xiàng)工作有序推進(jìn)。
Strategic Planning and Program Development: Based on established enrollment targets, develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing and admissions strategies, plans, and programs, clearly defining timelines, budget allocations, and team member responsibilities to ensure orderly progress of all tasks.
2.招生策略優(yōu)化與執(zhí)行:在實(shí)施有效的市場(chǎng)招生策略基礎(chǔ)上,緊密結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,持續(xù)優(yōu)化招生轉(zhuǎn)化方案。通過校內(nèi)溝通與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,有力推動(dòng)招生目標(biāo)的順利達(dá)成。
Admissions Strategy Optimization and Execution: Continuously optimize enrollment conversion plans based on effective marketing and admissions strategies, closely aligned with actual conditions. Through internal communication and team management, effectively drive the achievement of enrollment targets.
3.市場(chǎng)拓展與合作關(guān)系維護(hù):積極探尋市場(chǎng)中的各類機(jī)遇,拓展多元化合作渠道,與合作伙伴建立并維持長期友好的合作關(guān)系。通過全方位的宣傳,提升威雅學(xué)校的品牌影響力,廣泛吸引優(yōu)質(zhì)生源。
Market Expansion and Partnership Maintenance: Actively explore various market opportunities, expand diversified cooperation channels, and establish and maintain long-term friendly relationships with partners. Enhance the brand influence of WAS through comprehensive promotion, attracting high-quality students.
4.行業(yè)洞察與決策支持:密切關(guān)注行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài),深入分析市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀、行業(yè)變革以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況。通過多渠道與潛在家長深入交流,深度挖掘家長需求與反饋信息。根據(jù)需求為集團(tuán)會(huì)議提供報(bào)告,為學(xué)校發(fā)展規(guī)劃與戰(zhàn)略決策提供關(guān)鍵參考依據(jù)。
Industry Insights and Decision Support: Closely monitor industry trends, deeply analyze market conditions, industry changes, and competitor situations. Engage in in-depth communication with potential parents through multiple channels to deeply understand their needs and feedback. Provide reports for group meetings and offer key reference information for school development planning and strategic decision-making.
5.品牌戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同與數(shù)字化營銷支持:深度協(xié)同集團(tuán)全力推進(jìn)品牌戰(zhàn)略的落地實(shí)施,與集團(tuán)市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)保持緊密無間的合作,積極參與數(shù)字化營銷一體化戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行,確保獲取符合預(yù)期的有效線索,助力品牌數(shù)字化傳播與推廣。
Brand Strategy Collaboration and Digital Marketing Support: Deeply collaborate with the group to fully implement the brand strategy. Maintain close cooperation with the group marketing team, actively participate in the execution of the integrated digital marketing strategy, ensure the acquisition of expected effective leads, and support brand digital communication and promotion.
6.自媒體與推廣渠道運(yùn)營管理:全面負(fù)責(zé)校區(qū)各類自媒體及推廣渠道的運(yùn)營管理工作,涵蓋微信公眾號(hào)、視頻號(hào)、小紅書、官方網(wǎng)站等平臺(tái)。通過優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作與精準(zhǔn)運(yùn)營,提升學(xué)校口碑,吸引高意向度的潛在生源。
Self-Media and Promotion Channel Management: Fully responsible for the operation and management of various self-media and promotion channels of the school, including WeChat, Wechat Channel, Redbook, official website, etc. Enhance the school's reputation and attract highly interested potential students through high-quality content creation and precise operations.
7.CRM 系統(tǒng)維護(hù)與招生過程管理:確保團(tuán)隊(duì)高效維護(hù)校區(qū)市場(chǎng)招生 CRM 系統(tǒng),借助系統(tǒng)精準(zhǔn)監(jiān)督各渠道有效線索的轉(zhuǎn)化情況,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)招生跟進(jìn)過程的精細(xì)化管理,提升招生工作效率與質(zhì)量。
CRM System Maintenance and Admissions Process Management: Ensure the team efficiently maintains the school's marketing and admissions CRM system, accurately monitor the conversion of effective leads from various channels, achieve refined management of the admissions follow-up process, and improve the efficiency and quality of admissions work.
8.教學(xué)與學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)協(xié)作:積極配合完成 iSam 教學(xué)學(xué)生管理系統(tǒng)以及學(xué)籍管理的相關(guān)工作,保障教學(xué)與招生工作的無縫對(duì)接,為學(xué)生提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
Collaboration with Teaching and Xueji Management Systems: Actively cooperate to the iSam student data maintenance and the Xueji system management and providing high-quality services to students.
9.離校生管理支持:與教學(xué)部門緊密協(xié)作,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)在挽留有意向離校學(xué)生的工作中發(fā)揮積極支持作用。詳細(xì)記錄學(xué)生離校原因,并及時(shí)在 CRM 系統(tǒng)中更新維護(hù),為學(xué)校改進(jìn)教學(xué)與服務(wù)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
Support for Departing Students Management: Work closely with the teaching department to lead the team in actively supporting efforts to retain students considering leaving. Record detailed reasons for student departures and promptly update the CRM system, providing data support for school improvements in teaching and services.
10.團(tuán)隊(duì)管理與成員發(fā)展:根據(jù)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的崗位職責(zé)與個(gè)人能力特點(diǎn),為其設(shè)定明確、可衡量的工作目標(biāo),并制定針對(duì)性的激勵(lì)策略。在目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中,為成員提供全方位的日常支持。同時(shí),與校長及集團(tuán)保持密切溝通,為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供豐富的培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),助力團(tuán)隊(duì)整體成長。
Team Management and Member Development: Set clear, measurable work goals for team members based on their job responsibilities and personal capabilities, and develop targeted incentive strategies. Provide comprehensive daily support during the goal achievement process. Maintain close communication with the Head and the group, offering abundant training and development opportunities for team members to foster overall team growth.
11.團(tuán)隊(duì)文化建設(shè)與融入:與校長及學(xué)校高級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作,共同營造積極向上的團(tuán)隊(duì)文化,顯著提高員工敬業(yè)度。帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)深度融入學(xué)校大家庭,增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力與歸屬感。
Team Culture Building and Integration: Work closely with the Head and senior leadership team to create a positive team culture, significantly improving employee engagement. Lead the team to deeply integrate into the school community, enhancing team cohesion and sense of belonging.
12.其他任務(wù)執(zhí)行:始終以團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)為首要考量,按照要求完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。
Execution of Other Tasks: Always prioritize team goals and complete other tasks assigned by superiors as required.
職位要求Job Requirements:
1.學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上學(xué)歷,具備海外留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先考慮
Bachelor's degree or higher, with overseas study background preferred.
2.5年以上教育行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營銷相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及3年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5+ years of marketing-related work experience in the education industry, and 3+ years of team management experience.
3.英文流利,能夠自如地進(jìn)行交流。具備出色的溝通能力,善于與不同背景的人員建立良好合作關(guān)系。
Fluent in English, able to communicate effortlessly. Excellent communication skills, adept at building good relationships with people from different backgrounds.
