Responsibilities
? Responsible for managing the overall financial performance of the company
? Improvement of the profitability of the organization
? Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
? Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
? Reliable mid term Cash planning
? Optimizing our tax position
? Control and optimize the cash flow in our Chinese organization
? Ensure a sufficient cost control system in all of our branches and assembly/warehouse units
? Supervise and control the development of our local JV
? Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
? Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
? Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
? Lead and develop a team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
? Close cooperation with the Management Team in China
? Supporting a direct collaboration with the German HQ
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or related fields
? BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
? Proven senior leadership experience in financial roles in the producing industry, ideally in an international company
? In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
? Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
? Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
? Ability to analyze, strategize and solve problems
? Strong leadership and organizational skills
? excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English; Japanese / German as a plus
