Job responsibility and skill requirement：

1. 推動和建立公司全員創(chuàng)新與持續(xù)改善（CI）體系。

2. 負責優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有生產工藝流程，包括制定改善方案及推動實施。

3. 負責新工藝、新技術、新產品的設計、研制和導入。

4. 負責公司提案改善活動。

5. 負責5S&目視化管理。

6. 會運用精益管理工具分析生產力，提升產能、降低庫存和減少成本。

7. 跨部門協(xié)作并監(jiān)督精益生產的實施，確保精益生產活動得到有效實施。

8. 具備主動創(chuàng)新，挖掘創(chuàng)新機會的能力。

Promote and establish the company-wide innovation and continuous improvement (CI) system.

Responsible for optimizing the existing production process, including
formulating improvement plans and implementation.

3.
Responsible for the design, development and introduction of new processes, new technologies and new products.

4.
Responsible for the company's proposal improvement activities.

5.
Responsible for 5S& visual management.

6.

Can apply lean management tools to analyze productivity, improve capacity, reduce inventory and reduce costs.

7.
Coordinate and supervise the implementation of lean production across departments to ensure the effective implementation of lean production activities.

8.

Have ability to take the initiative to innovate and explore innovation opportunities.

教育背景與工作經驗Educational Background and Work Experience:

1. 學歷：本科、碩士。

2. 專業(yè)：精益/機械/材料等相關專業(yè)。

3. 有工藝改進、機械設計制造、工程力學等行業(yè)工作經驗優(yōu)先。

4. 擅長數(shù)據(jù)分析。

Major:Lean/mechanical/material and other related majors.

3.
Experience in process improvement, mechanical design and manufacturing, engineering mechanics and other industries is preferred.
