Job Description
1. Responsible for customer experience and operations stability, provide daily operating solutions and handling enquiries on full supply chain services.
2. Communicate with internal operations and external partners, follow up and provide feedback on shipment progress/ abnormalities in a timely manner.
3. Follow up on operations/ system issues until is resolved.
4. Regularly provide report and/ or data analysis, collaborate with internal departments to solve customer problems.
Requirement
1. Associate degree or above, 1-3 years of experience, good English speaking and writing skills.
2. Proficient in using Microsoft office.
3. Outgoing, quick-wittedness, strong learning and adaptability.
4. Responsible, good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
