Responsibility:
? Strong sourcing candidates proactively via Linkedin, Job Boards, etc.
? Experience in enhancing corporate culture
? Participate in the entire employment cycle and play a major role in staff recruitment
? Handle the full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, social fund, taxation and liaising with insurance vendors
? Drive HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, rewards review
? Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system and attendance and leave record
? Set and review current HR policies on a yearly basis and release notice when needed
? Ensure all HR processes and policies to comply with legal requirements
? Manage office administration and facilities; company vehicles’ licenses and insurance
? Prepare various HR reports for management review
? Supervise a small team to handle daily operations
Requirements:
? Degree holder in HRM / Business Admin or related discipline
? Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizable company
? Independent, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skill
? Good presentation and interpersonal skills
? Proficient in written and spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
? Experience working in factory, handling employment compensation cases is an advantage
? Excellent excel skills and in-depth knowledge of Thailand labour ordinance
