* Sales Manager (Shanghai ILJIN, Yangpu district)
a. Job Description
- Promote sales of automotive wheel bearings for global OEM customers across China
- Create and execute a sales-plan that achieve the sales forecast.
- Collaborate with sales teams in H.Q to understand customer requirements and provide sales support if required.
- Manage and execute processes to maintain pricing, margins and customer payments.
- Obtain new key accounts and increase sales.
- Perform a sales planning and sales analysis through market survey and investigation
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
b. Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years sales experience on automotive OEM wheel bearing dealing with global OEMs like Global and china local Car maker
- Must have proven sales track records in the same field.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required for both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.
- Problem Solving Skills : Should be able to listen to the customer’s desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions, possibly including customizing a product.
- Self-confidence : Should be confident and persuasive when making sales presentations
- No restrictions for the domestic in China and overseas travels.
- Good communication skill is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- An ideal candidate should have a global mind-set, be creative, be proactive and adaptable to multi-cultural environments

- 最適合SKF、Shaffer、Koyo、NTN等汽車用車輪軸承制造商。(或者萬(wàn)向,人本公司。)
- 必須在同一領(lǐng)域擁有有實(shí)績(jī)的銷售業(yè)績(jī)。
- 為了與客戶建立關(guān)系,與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)中的其他成員進(jìn)行有效的溝通,需要強(qiáng)大的人際關(guān)系能力。
- 問題解決技能:傾聽客戶的需求和擔(dān)憂,并建議解決方案,包括定制產(chǎn)品。
- 自信感:在銷售發(fā)表時(shí),要有自信和說服力。
- 國(guó)內(nèi)及海外旅行不受限制得人。
- 需要良好的溝通能力。 必須精通英語(yǔ)。
