崗位職責(zé)Qualification description:

I. SUMMARY概述

Take a leading role in logistics, planning, warehousing, Customs and transportation etc.. to ensure On Time Delivery to the customers. Take the responsibility of overall budget control of logistics costs to meet the company’s target.

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)物流、計劃、海關(guān)、運輸，倉儲等相關(guān)工作，最終確保產(chǎn)品交付；控制物流 費用和成本，達(dá)成公司既定的目標(biāo)。

II. Major Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)：

a) Develop logistics related rules, policies and procedures. Make plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation.

制定物流相關(guān)制度、程序和工作流程；規(guī)劃和管理物流、倉儲和運輸。

b) Manage and control the plan of material and production, release related reports on a timely basis.

管理和控制物料和生產(chǎn)計劃，定期發(fā)布相關(guān)報告。

c) Coordinate SIOP and supervise master production schedule based on firmed orders and forecast from sales to ensure OTD to the customers.

基于銷售訂單和預(yù)測，確定主生產(chǎn)排程，確保產(chǎn)品交付。

d) Responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics / distribution, including order processing, inventory control, warehousing, inland transportation, cargo tracking.

負(fù)責(zé)物流和配送的規(guī)劃和協(xié)調(diào)，包括訂單處理、庫存控制、倉儲、內(nèi)陸運輸、貨物跟蹤。

e) Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure cooperation of warehouse activities with other functions, such as production, sales.

與相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)，確保倉庫活動與生產(chǎn)、銷售等職能部門工作的銜接。

f) Minimize inventory levels throughout the supply chain by applying Just-In-Time methodologies.

通過應(yīng)用準(zhǔn)時化方法最小化整個供應(yīng)鏈中的庫存水平。

g) Manage import and export issues and keep a constructive relationship with local customs office.

管理進(jìn)出口事宜，與當(dāng)?shù)睾ｊP(guān)保持良好關(guān)系。

h) Eliminate waste and inefficiencies and integrate the activities in the logistics.

消除浪費和低效率，整合物流活動。

i) Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior except for the above mentioned duties.

除上述職責(zé)外，還應(yīng)完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。

III. QUALIFICATIONS 資格：

a) Bachelor’s degree and above – Major in Logistics or Mechanical / Engineering.

本科及以上學(xué)歷，物流或機(jī)械/工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

b) Min. 5 years working experiences in Logistics and 3 years in similar position of a manufacturing environment (automotive) ；

5年以上物流工作經(jīng)驗，3年以上制造業(yè)（汽車）工作經(jīng)驗；

c) Fluent English in written and oral.

英語聽說讀寫流利。
