【工作內(nèi)容】
1. 負責日常收支、現(xiàn)金管理、現(xiàn)金日記賬的登記,不定期抽查備用金，做到賬實相符；
2. 負責員工報銷差旅費等的工作；
3. 運用財務軟件填制各種憑證, 檢查會計科目歸類；
4. 銀行相關業(yè)務的辦理、費用核算等工作；
5. 保管有關印章，空白收據(jù)和空白支票及貸記憑證、電匯憑證；
6. 協(xié)助會計做好各種賬務的處理工作；
7. 負責賬冊、報表、傳票的裝訂、保管，會計檔案的管理工作；
8. 其他公司安排的工作。
【任職要求】
1. 會計、財務管理等專業(yè)本科學歷；
2. 適應靈活的外勤工作；
3. 具有會計從業(yè)資格證書；
4. 熟練使用用友U8、金蝶等財務軟件以及ERP軟件；
5. 具有較強的人際溝通能力和跨部門協(xié)作能力；
6. 良好的英語口語及書面能力；
7. 有公司外包會計做賬經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
8. 優(yōu)秀的應屆畢業(yè)生也可以接受。
