FUNDAMENTAL
PURPOSE:

To collect,
validate, cleansing, manage data from vendor and stakeholders to support SAP
deployments within procurement in China and APAC region

Major Responsibilities include:

1. Data
management from vendor and raw material perspective. Which include:

a) Vendor data:
contacts, incoterms, certification (ISO etc), payment terms etc.

b) Material
data: pack type, pack size, manufacturing origin, local MSDS, local specs etc.

c) Other data management
required

2. Other related
procurement job assigned.

REQUIRES:

· Education:
Bachelor or above

·
Languages: Fluent in both oral and written English.

·
Working experience: 1+ years

·
Proficient in using EXCEL and other Microsoft
Office software etc.

·
Strong sense of data and data management.

·
Good communication skills.

·
Collaborative working style.
