1. Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future.

2. With 10 years of working experience in NDT/NDI, or associate degree in engineering or science with 8 years’ work experience, or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with no less than 5 years’ work experience.
具備10年NDT/NDI工作經驗，或工程/理科的大專學歷加上8年相關工作經驗，或工程/理科學士學位加上不少于5年的相關工作經驗。
3. Documented qualifications for NDT Level 3 that meet the requirements of NAS 410 or equivalent.
符合NAS 410或同等要求的NDT 3級資質文件。
4. NDT/NDE/NDI certifications as a level 3 Technician per NAS 410 or equivalent in Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant, Eddy Current, or Composite Bond Testing.
NDT/NDE/NDI認證，根據NAS 410或同等水平的超聲、染料滲透、渦流或復合粘結測試，獲得3級技術員認證。
5. Must be able to pass the vision examination – near vision and color perception.

6. Preferred candidates with two years or more of experience in Responsible level 3 responsibilities.

7. Have experience to accept FAA/CAAC/EASA audit.

3. Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products.

4. Conduct certification preparation training.

5. Analyze data and assist with nonconformance resolutions.

6. Document and communicate test, analysis, or measurement results through entries in quality records or test reports.

7. Provide feedback on adverse trends for process control and process improvement.

8. Develop procedures and technique sheets for setting up and calibrating existing test equipment.

9. Assist with developing procedures for setup and standardization of new or innovative tests.

11. Develop and approve the Written Practice for the Qualification and Certification of NDT Personnel according to the related standards.

12. Interpret or approve rules, standards, specifications, and other contractual documents that control the NDT methods as used by the employer, make sure the conduction of NDT standards in the company.

13. Overall administration of the NDT personnel training, qualification, and certification.
無損檢測人員培訓、資格和認證的全面管理。
14. In charge of the suspension, revocation and reinstatement of NDT personnel qualification, certification, and authorization. 負責無損檢測人員資格、認證和授權的暫停、撤銷和恢復。
15. In charge of annual proficiency review of the NDT personnel. 負責無損檢測人員的年度能力審查。
16. Be responsible for the NDT technology, select the method and technique for a specific inspection.

17. Approve NDT equipment and tooling used, determining of necessary consumables, meet the requirement of process and new development.

18. Auditing outside vendor or agencies, make sure the related inspection meets the requirements of our company.

19. Prepare and verify the adequacy of procedures and work instructions, publish universally accessible as valid technical instruction. Approve NDT procedures and work instructions for technical adequacy.

20. Accept other tasks arranged by Manager as business needed (such as Material receiving, tool calibration management). 根據需要接受領導安排的其他任務（如：航材驗收，校驗工具管理）。
