崗位描述
Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the quality monitoring for productive products and new products by collecting quality data including Cp/Cpk analysis, comparing the data and finding the deviations, by quality improvement actions to eliminate or reduce the deviations and push the related department to prevent reoccurrence.

通過數(shù)據(jù)收集分析對量產(chǎn)品和新產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行質(zhì)量監(jiān)控，包括Cp/Cpk數(shù)據(jù)的收集，對比分析，找出異常點，召集關(guān)聯(lián)人員對異常質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行判斷處理，分析改善以及后續(xù)預(yù)防。

2. Responsiblefor organizing the analysis and improvement of customer complaint issues,improving, and following up the 8D report or issue tracking form until closure.

負(fù)責(zé)組織客戶抱怨問題的分析與改進(jìn)，完善并跟蹤8D報告或問題跟蹤表，直至關(guān)閉。

3. Responsiblefor supplier quality problems, including incoming inspection problems and problems found in production site.

負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題處理，包含來料檢驗問題和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。

4. Prepare and maintain Inspection plan and site quality documentation.

編制和維護(hù)Inspection plan和現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量文件。

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

完成上級交辦的其他工作。

任職要求Job

Requirement:

1. Good Englishreading and writing skills.

良好的英語讀、寫能力。

2. Full time bachelor degree or above, mechanical related major.

本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)。

3. More than 5 years quality management experience in machining industry, customer quality experience is preferred.

五年以上機(jī)加工行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗，有客戶質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

4. Familiarwith quality tools.

熟悉質(zhì)量工具

5. Serious and responsible, strong planning, execution and team spirit，Good communication skills and logical analysis ability.
