ACCOUNTABILITIES崗位職責：

1.·Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products

策劃支柱產品的發(fā)布并推動增長

2.·contribute to the development of customer relationships by providing products, ideas, concepts, update, innovation that interest customers.

通過提供客戶感興趣的產品，想法，概念，更新，創(chuàng)新來促進客戶關系的發(fā)展。

3.·Analyzethe target market. In line with industry trends and professionals
feedback.Analysis of competitive products in detail. 分析目標市場，緊跟市場趨勢和專業(yè)反饋，分析競爭產品的詳細情況。

4.·Responsible for providing all relevant product knowledge and full product documentation to all relevant parties

負責向所有相關方提供所有相關產品知識和完整的產品文案

5.·As the person responsible for the sell ability of the product, the PM must understand
the market conditions to determine the best possible strategy:負責產品的可銷售性，產品經理必須了解市場情況以制定策略

6.·Responsible for product launch and positioning 負責產品上市和定位

7.·Proactively check promotional activities available and will make proposal to support his product portfolio sales. 主動查看可參加的推廣項目，并提供建議以支持其產品銷售。

8.·Be responsible for the whole products data found in the company digital platform. 產品經理負責公司數字平臺上的所有產品數據

任職要求REQUIREMENTS

1.博士學歷，生物、藥學或化工專業(yè)；

PhD degree , major in biology，pharmacy or chemical

2.三年以上化妝品行業(yè)產品經理工作經驗：

Over three years PM working experience in cosmetic industry

3.良好的演講能力

Excellent presentation skill

4.良好的英語溝通能力

Good oral English ability

5.善于團隊協(xié)助，工作嚴謹，穩(wěn)定性強

Good at teamwork, work carefully, strong stability

6.有團隊管理經驗優(yōu)先考慮

Has people management experience is a plus

Notice:

博士學歷，在化妝品原料公司任職產品經理或市場經理or品牌方任職研發(fā)經理或技術經理，英語能夠簡單開口溝通交流。
