machine according to the work instruction strictly and very carefully.

- 嚴(yán)格按”5S”管理要求進(jìn)行自我管理Do the locational
“5S” management according to the “5S” requirements.

- 嚴(yán)格按NDT設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢要求對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行日常保養(yǎng)和檢查Maintenance the NDT
testing machine according to the work instruction requirements daily by himself.

- 根據(jù)公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及時(shí)高效完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)Finish the production
task effectively according to the daily production plan.

- 按ISO9000質(zhì)量體系要求 及時(shí)填寫工序記錄Fill in the production process record in time
according to the ISO 9001 quality system.

- 嚴(yán)格遵守公司的安全規(guī)章制度,嚴(yán)禁在禁煙區(qū)吸煙Do the things according
to the safety regulation of V&M C. No smoking in the forbidden place.

- 及時(shí)如實(shí)填寫交接班記錄Fill in
the handing over and taking over record
actually in time

能力要求 Competence Requirements:

1) 教育背景Education: 高中以上high school education or above

2)
經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience: 1年以上超聲探傷經(jīng)驗(yàn)more than one year of UT
testing experiences

3)
培訓(xùn)及證書Training & certification: 國家權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)1級(jí)以上UT證書 level 1 UT certificate or above
issued by authorized organization.

4)
技術(shù)Technique: 對(duì)超聲探傷原理的基本理解掌握basic understanding of
UT method
