職位描述

崗位職責(zé):

1、 業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)組建、管理、優(yōu)化,培訓(xùn)新員工、建立新老員工師徒體系;

2、 分解團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售目標(biāo),制定詳細(xì)目標(biāo)落地計(jì)劃,整合相關(guān)資源和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,完成公司下達(dá)的個人及團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售業(yè)績指標(biāo),對業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)負(fù)責(zé);

3、 深入理解公司產(chǎn)品及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向,及時向組員傳遞公司信息,反饋團(tuán)隊(duì)情況;

4、 對部門應(yīng)收賬款負(fù)責(zé),監(jiān)督對口客戶的付款情況,做好收款工作,杜絕呆滯賬款或者壞賬;

5、 協(xié)助管理層制定銷售戰(zhàn)略、銷售目標(biāo)、銷售模式、銷售預(yù)算;

6、 編制年度預(yù)算和月度管理報告,負(fù)責(zé)年度、月度業(yè)績目標(biāo)的分解追蹤和分析管理等,確保業(yè)績及各指標(biāo)的達(dá)成;

7、 完善優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)部門業(yè)務(wù)流程,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決方案;

8、 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作;

任職要求:

1、五年以上國際貨代從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及三年以上銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);

2、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關(guān)系,業(yè)績優(yōu)秀;

3、具有良好的商業(yè)意識,具有開發(fā)新市場的能力,良好的人際交往能力;

4、具有較強(qiáng)的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,問題的分析和解決能力;

5、能獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)拓展業(yè)務(wù),銷售規(guī)劃、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理思路清晰,且經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富;

Job Responsibilities:
1.Business team set up, management, optimization, training of new staff, the establishment of new and old staff mentor and apprentice system.
2.Decomposition of team sales targets, develop detailed target landing plan, integration of relevant resources and teamwork, complete the company's individual and team sales performance indicators, the business team and business goals are responsible for.
3.Indepth understanding of the company's products and business development direction, timely delivery of company information to team members, feedback team.
4.Responsible for departmental accounts receivable, supervise the payment of counterpart customers, do a good job of collection, to eliminate sluggish accounts or bad debts.

5.Assist management to develop sales strategy, sales targets, sales model, sales budget.
6.Preparation of annual sales budgets and monthly management reports, responsible for annual and monthly performance targets of the decomposition of tracking and analysis and management, etc., to ensure that the performance and achievement of various indicators.
7 Improve and optimize the business process of the business unit, identify problems and propose solutions in a timely manner.
8 Perform other duties as assigned by higher management.
Job Requirements:

1.More than five years of international freight forwarding experience and
more than three years of sales team management experience.
2.Rich customer resources and customer relations, excellent performance
3.Good business sense, has the ability to develop new markets, good
interpersonal skills
4.Strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability and good interpersonal communication, coordination ability, problem analysis and solution
ability.
5.Can independently lead the team to expand business, sales planning, team management ideas clear and experienced.
