the HE teams across BE offices in China and provide solid supports for HE
consultants to monitor each case;

Work with Wycombe
Abbey China School team to support students’ applications;

Work with
marketing team to develop a promotion calendar;

?
Organize and
develop the university boot camps in China together with Wycombe Abbey Schools
in China;

?
Polish HE
services and redesign our HE products with support of HE consultants;

?
Analyze the trend
of UK HE education and link the opportunities with the team members and bring
best-fit solutions to our students

?
Lead and
implement the design and re-design (if needed) products & services
portfolio to meet the changing market needs

With the support of the team in London, assist in
the organization of a UCAS workshop and meeting schedule for UK Higher
Education:

? Organize
logistics of event and arrange meetings

? Manage and send communications to parents including invitations
and reminders

? Collaborate
with the team on teaching content development such as lesson plans and teaching
materials

? Being
present in meetings with students and parents

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

? At least 5 years managerial experience in the education fields;

?
Strong interpersonal skill;

? Strong knowledge of UCAS and HE system of UK universities;

? Strong independent research skill and able to lead analysis of new trend of UK education;

? Ability to work within a small team on a project;

? Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents;

? Good understanding of the UK education system;

? Strong work ethics – willing to work at weekends/evenings;

? Passion for education and passion for changing children’s lives;

? Resourceful nature;

? Strong sense of initiative;

? Strong Microsoft skills, familiar with ZOHO system is
preferrable
