1.1 Coordinate with group nutritionists to optimize MI catalog, sourcing
for new MIs & suppliers.

1.2 Responsible for group bidding of centralized MIs, making out the
bidding plan, collecting group mills’ requirements, bidding documents
preparation, vendors selection for bidding,
tender award after bidding approval, allocation to mills, order summary
management, coordinating with group mills for extra/urgent requirements,
business negotiation with suppliers etc.

1.3 Group vendor evaluation, new vendor accreditation, regular vendor
visiting.

1.4 Market trend monitoring, analysis, provide purchasing proposal for
approval.

1.5 Attend group procurement team meetings, quarterly & annual work
review.

1.6 All purchasing related data analysis, weekly/monthly report.

2. Micro Ingredients procurement application recommendation:

2.1 Supervise the inventory & market conditions, provide purchasing
proposals for approval.

2.2 Micro ingredients procurement application through M3 system &
deal with the email purchasing application of China region.

2.3 Market information communication within China mills.

3. Concurrently serve as the Purchasing Department Manager of

GCZH-Special Nutrition:

3.1 Daily management works in the purchasing department.

3.2 Raw materials market condition monitoring and analysis, buying point
proposal.

3.3 Supervise the execution of RM procurement (Purchasing plan, order
processing, logistic scheduling, RM arrival, payment arrangement, inventory
control etc).

3.4 Supplier management: Vendor accreditation, business negotiation,
annual vendor evaluation etc.

3.5 Coordinate the work of the purchasing department and other related
departments.

3.6 Export Premix(Vitamin & mineral) raw material cost calculation
& purchasing strategy proposal, cost & DIV control.
