Role Description:

• Master 3PL warehouse workflow and operation management, like
  receiving and delivering process, safety, 5S & Visual management etc. 倉(cāng)庫(kù)的整體管理方面
• Ensure inventory accuracy of SAP and WMS data, Organize
  warehouse stocktaking with planning and reports. Make improvements
  according to counting results, Ensure operation of Warehouse services
  under consideration of quality, cost, quantity and timing targets and keep
  fully meet laws & regulations and SHEQ requirement. 倉(cāng)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)管理、盤點(diǎn)管理方面
• Manage the 3PL warehouse is able and motived to contribute to
  their maximum potentials to sustainable business success. Continuously
  improve the efficiency of warehouse work through process optimization,
  automation etc. 效率優(yōu)化、自動(dòng)化方面
• Familiar with Scraped product’s management to follow SHE’s
  rules. 報(bào)廢品管理方面
• Master packing materials’ purchasing, stocktaking, storage
  controlling. 包材管理方面
• Manage the 3PL warehouse follow SOP to improve KPI. 倉(cāng)庫(kù)操作SOP及KPI考核方面
• Achieve cost down object by sustainable project. 項(xiàng)目節(jié)省
• High ability to handle the CCMS or problems from customers. 客訴處理方面

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prefer Chemical major or 3-5 years of warehouse management
  experience, especially familiar with DG products.
• Be skilled with Word, Excel, PPT; familiar with SAP/ERP and
  WMS, and can use Power BI is a plus.
• Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Good English in writing (listening and speaking is a plus).
