工作內(nèi)容：
1. Consumable procurement輔料訂購
1.1 short requirement planning and long requirement forecast of serial production consumable based on IPR and monthly production planning and TTZ online planning
依據(jù)IPR和月度生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃以及TTZ上線計(jì)劃，制訂整車和發(fā)動機(jī)序列化生產(chǎn)性輔料中短期需求計(jì)劃以及長期需求預(yù)測
1.2 Integrating serial production, tryout , rework and spare part requirement to calculate order quantity and send ordering.
綜合序列化生產(chǎn)、試裝、返修、備件多方面需求，依據(jù)庫存，計(jì)算訂購數(shù)量并發(fā)放訂單
1.3 According adjust consumable order and tracking arrival state to recover the stock from missing delivery, wrong delivery , inventory loss, quality issue and consume instability.
通過調(diào)整輔料訂單及追蹤到貨狀態(tài)，彌補(bǔ)短裝、錯裝、盤虧、質(zhì)量，消耗不穩(wěn)定等引起的零件預(yù)警
1.4 Contact Germany logistics to arrange and monitor airfreight to avoid part shortage.
聯(lián)系德國安排空運(yùn)并追蹤空運(yùn)狀態(tài)以解決突發(fā)事件引起的零件短缺風(fēng)險
1.5 Tracking the material list from ME release, Send RFQ for new adding import consumable.
持續(xù)跟蹤由ME匯總發(fā)放的輔料清單，對于新增進(jìn)口輔料及時發(fā)送RFQ
1.6 Consumable Localization. Monitor and change delivery time after check with Daimler controller.
輔料轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)口貨源切換，與德國溝通庫存，停止進(jìn)口訂單。與國產(chǎn)供應(yīng)商確認(rèn)訂購周期，發(fā)放國產(chǎn)訂單及預(yù)測
1.7 Order jigs and tools after check the contract and EA . Transfer invoice to user department.
EX33工具工裝訂購，確保采購協(xié)議以及EA費(fèi)用均已簽署完畢，跟蹤國外發(fā)運(yùn)，到貨后，將發(fā)票移交使用部門
工作技能要求：
經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience： 在汽車及相關(guān)行業(yè)中有5年及以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 3年以上物流相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
知識Know-how： 具備ERP知識，SAP軟件經(jīng)驗(yàn)
技能職稱Skill and technical title ： 熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)操作（各種office軟件），
