Job Responsibilities:

1. Create and update instructions according to engineering changes.

根據(jù)工程變更更新文件

2. Be responsible for supporting production line of all projects in the company, do measure sample harness, check assembly board;

負責公司各項目生產(chǎn)線的配套工作，完成樣線制作及量產(chǎn)準備，裝配板的檢查

3. Create and update work instruction of all the process;

創(chuàng)建并更新所有流程的操作指導書

4. Build up relative forms and manage production documentation;

創(chuàng)建相應表格同時管理生產(chǎn)文件

5. Create and update PFMEA and process flow;

創(chuàng)建并更新PFMEA及流程圖

6. Calculate capacity of equipment and crimping dices;

計算模具及設備產(chǎn)能

7. Improve assembly production line in order to cost down;

改善生產(chǎn)線以降低生產(chǎn)成本

8. Participate in CIP-System in the company;

參與公司的CIP

9. Other task as appointed.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering

工科本科以上學歷

2. 3+year experience in industrial engineering

3年以上的工業(yè)工程經(jīng)驗

3. minimum 3 years in automotive industry

3年以上的汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗

4. 2+ year experience of leadership experience

2年以上管理經(jīng)驗

5. Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred

精益生產(chǎn)/六西格瑪經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先

6. Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions

能夠分析問題，找出根本原因并提供有效的解決方案

7. Strong organizational skills

較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力

8. Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously

9. Strong verbal and written bilingual (English a must; German is a plus) communication skills
