1. Total budget management: With financial management method for budget making, execution, supervision, analysis and evaluation of circulation management 2. Index evaluation and business analysis: KPI report and variance analysis: financial index daily management 3. Cost management Cost control: Variable and fixed expenses control, variances analysis with budget Standard cost maintenance: Daily maintenance and Yearly costing run Purchasing price management: PPV & PPC 4. Finance analysis and reporting Analysis: Sales price and GP analysis; cost variance analysis between actual and budget. Reporting: Make turnover, EBIT and KPI reports to leaders and provide improved plan. 崗位要求: 1. At least Bachelor’s degree Finance & Accounting related 2. Technical excellence in management accounting 3. Ability to meet demanding deadlines 4. Minimum 8 years working experience in FP&A 5. Preferably working experience from multinational company 6. Fluent English written and oral 7. General working experience in SAP FI/CO modules 8. Strong communication skills 9. With experience in IFRS and PRC GAAP 10. Understand the business process 11. High integrity strong work ethic and good business acumen
