英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言
崗位內(nèi)容：
1. 支持銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)，提供符合當(dāng)前和長(zhǎng)期業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的報(bào)告和分析
2. 通過(guò)對(duì)公司不同渠道的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)潛在機(jī)會(huì)，并制定相應(yīng)的營(yíng)銷策略和方案
3. 定期撰寫(xiě)并分享市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)信息報(bào)告，及時(shí)向團(tuán)隊(duì)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供決策參考
4. 持續(xù)優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)測(cè)和管理，確保數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性

任職要求：
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷，財(cái)務(wù)/統(tǒng)計(jì)/商業(yè)分析師等專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2. 具有3年以上造紙制漿行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. 較強(qiáng)的邏輯分析能力，對(duì)數(shù)字敏感
4. 熟練使用Excel, PowerBI等辦公軟件，掌握數(shù)據(jù)可視化和報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)技巧
5. 具備敏銳的洞察力和業(yè)務(wù)理解能力，善于將業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)據(jù)問(wèn)題去解決。
6. 善于溝通，工作細(xì)心，執(zhí)行能力強(qiáng)，能承受一定的工作壓力
