Position Responsibilities:
1. Work with production department to improve production efficiency.
2. To implement lean manufacturing and reduce lead-time & WIP.
3. Supervise the engineering project; projects execution effect to meet quality, cost and delivery requirement.
4. Take part in new product projects ensuring that lean manufacturing solutions are considered and applied already in the development stage
5. Lead Manufacturing Engineering team to identify cost reduction and profit improvement programs.
6. Co-ordinate relative manufacturing engineering activities within the company
7. Continuous improvement and process excellence.
8. Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company Safety Statement.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering
2. Understanding of production flow principles and manufacturing processes
3. Highly motivated & energetic with a strong work ethic
4. Lean & Six Sigma knowledge and experience
5. Good collaboration with cross functions and team working
6. Fluent speaking, good written skills in both Chinese and English
