資金財(cái)務(wù)銀行開(kāi)戶資金管理支付管理
Responsibilities:
1.Entity Renaming Project
● Plan and execute the renaming process across APAC, ensuring compliance and timely
delivery.
● Coordinate with global teams, facilitate meetings, and provide progress updates.
● Mitigate risks and address long-lead items to meet project deadlines.
● Complete KYC (know-your-customer) requirements from the banks.
● Maintain the POA timely in all the systems of Treasury and banks.
● Ensure update of internal Treasury documentation and contracts.
2.Quantum Optimization project
● Explore the possibility of the interface btw the bank and QT for the fund transfer.
● Coordinate with the DT team, bank and each stakeholder for the implementation.
3. Japan Cash Pool Implementation project
● Assist Japan bank account opening, closing and KYC from the banks
● Coordinate with the DT team, bank and each stakeholder for the implementation.
4. Bank Account Management project
● BOC Bank Token management: create the user, monitor the user access,etc.
● Explore the digital bank confirmation letter approach for the China local bank
● APAC bank account management: bank account opening , closing, set up follow up
