1.根據(jù)公司流程，建立、核查及更新國內(nèi)和出口訂單的物料清單；
Establish, check and update BOM for domestic and export orders according to company procedures;
2.協(xié)助商務(wù)運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)處理SAP銷售訂單中的技術(shù)操作；
Support commercial operations team to handle technical operations of SAP sales orders;
3.審核客戶詢價(jià)需求，根據(jù)需求配置及更新相應(yīng)的機(jī)組訂單，確保及時和準(zhǔn)確，處理和解決物料配置相關(guān)問題；
Review the requirement of customer quotation, configure and update corresponding unit orders according to requirement to ensure timeliness and accuracy, proceed and solve problems related to material configuration;
4.核查并確認(rèn)客戶具體需求，確保銷售訂單機(jī)組配置滿足要求，防止不符合客戶需求的配置改動或錯誤，提高運(yùn)作效率；
Verify and confirm the specific needs of customers, ensure that the configuration of sales orders meets the requirements, prevent configuration changes or errors inconsistent with customer requirements, improve operational efficiency;
5.協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部各團(tuán)隊(duì)，核查清單內(nèi)的物料是否滿足相關(guān)條件，并釋放符合條件的物料；
Coordinate with internal teams to check whether the materials in the list meet the relevant conditions, and release the qualified materials;
6.根據(jù)條件，在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)維護(hù)和釋放銷售訂單；
Maintain and release sales orders within the system according to conditions;
7.與銷售、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品管理等相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，配合生成及管理特殊選項(xiàng)物料，根據(jù)客戶需求識別可重復(fù)利用的特殊選項(xiàng)并提供給售前使用；
Cooperate with sales, technical, product management and other related teams to create and manage special option materials, identify re-usable special options according to customer’s demands and provide them to Pre-sales to use;
8.完成其他交辦的工作。
