職位描述:
1.市場(chǎng)信息收集,了解并分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的情況,對(duì)主要茬口的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出預(yù)測(cè)。
2.所在區(qū)域露地作物試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃制定,試驗(yàn)安排和評(píng)估。及時(shí)與露地組內(nèi)其他同事分享試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與新品種開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃。
3.在NPI會(huì)議之前,給中國(guó)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)部經(jīng)理提供相關(guān)信息,并參加NPI會(huì)議。
4.在新產(chǎn)品上市,推廣等活動(dòng)中,與銷(xiāo)售部同事及合作伙伴緊密合作,并提供技術(shù)支持。
5.協(xié)助中國(guó)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)部經(jīng)理制定全國(guó)5年中期產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃,并能獨(dú)立制定自己負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃。
6.與國(guó)外產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、育種家就相關(guān)的信息進(jìn)行交流;陪同國(guó)外產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、育種家拜訪主產(chǎn)區(qū)。
7.定期與露地蔬菜相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的主要參與者進(jìn)行交流,開(kāi)拓新業(yè)務(wù)。
8.與County team成員緊密交流協(xié)作。
9.協(xié)調(diào)洋蔥品種的全國(guó)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)工作。
10.部門(mén)經(jīng)理交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。
學(xué)歷及經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
●農(nóng)業(yè)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷。
●英語(yǔ)流利,會(huì)日語(yǔ)或法語(yǔ)更佳。
●具備市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)理論知識(shí)。
●熟練使用word, excel 等辦公軟件,會(huì)使用數(shù)據(jù)分析優(yōu)先。
●有駕駛證及實(shí)際駕駛經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
●5年以上種子業(yè)務(wù)或農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品推廣或銷(xiāo)售代表經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉露地蔬菜作物,特別是洋蔥。

Key responsibilities:
1.Market information investigation, competitor’s evolution analysis, estimation of trend for main segments.
2.Development trials planning, arrangement, and evaluation in his/her assigned territory. Share trial results and new varieties work plan in open field team in season.
3.Feedback his/her manager on specific information before NPI meetings and participate in NPI meetings.
4.Collaborate with Sales team & partners for new varieties Launching,
promotional events, technical support and other actions.
5.Assist his/her manager to establish the 5 years Development Mid-term plan for the subsequent years and fill in the plan for his own area.
6.Exchange with foreign Product Manager and breeder for various topics, accompany product manager and breeder’s visit.
7.Regular exchange with key influencers in open field crop value chain, looking for new business opportunities.
8.Communicate and cooperate tightly with county team members.
9.Coordinate national-wide development work for onion.
10.Other proper tasks assigned by his/her manager.
Qualifications and experience required:
*Bachelor’s degree in agriculture related is required
*Fluent English is a must, French or Japanese would be an advantage
*Understand marketing principle
*Familiar with Office software, data analysis skill is a plus
*Drive license is a must
*5+ years’ experience in seed business or agricultural sector as product promotor or sales representative, familiar with open field vegetable crops, especially onion
