Role Summary

為客戶提供現(xiàn)場技術(shù)服務(wù)，與工程團(tuán)隊(duì)合作解決現(xiàn)場發(fā)現(xiàn)的熱點(diǎn)問題。

This role is to provide onsite technical service to customer, co-work with engineering team to solve hot issues that found in the field.

要達(dá)到的目標(biāo)如下：

Goals to achieve are as follows:

- SS4G、HXD1、HXD2機(jī)隊(duì)locontrol系統(tǒng)故障率控制

-Failure Rate Control for LOCOTROL system of SS4G, HXD1 and HXD2 fleets.

管理故障部件，與北京實(shí)驗(yàn)室團(tuán)隊(duì)一起進(jìn)行故障部件維修。

-Fault parts management, work with Beijing lab team on parts repair.

-技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)分析和管理。

-Technical data analysis and management.

-熱點(diǎn)問題調(diào)查，調(diào)查并提供解決方案給客戶。

-Hot issue investigation, investigate and provide solutions to customer.

-軟件現(xiàn)場測試和驗(yàn)證。

-Software in-field testing and verification.

為客戶提供現(xiàn)場技術(shù)支持。

-Onsite technical support to customer operation.

責(zé)任

Responsibility

-收到客戶的故障報(bào)告后，提供現(xiàn)場故障處理。

-Provide onsite troubleshooting when receiving failure report from customer.

-保存所有故障報(bào)告的記錄，并將其輸入主數(shù)據(jù)庫。

-Keep records of all failure reports, input them into the master database.

與客戶一起處理故障部件，確認(rèn)故障，收集所有故障信息并維護(hù)故障信息庫。

-Work with customer on the failing parts, confirm the failure, gather all failure information and maintain the failure information database.

-管理大同辦公室和北京實(shí)驗(yàn)室之間零件維修的物流。

-Logistics management for parts repair between Datong office and Beijing lab.

-退貨前對備件進(jìn)行檢查和測試，確保零件得到妥善維修。

-Inspect and test spare parts before returning them to customer, ensure the part properly repaired.

處理客戶發(fā)送的備忘錄，與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，及時(shí)對備忘錄做出回應(yīng)。

-Handle the Memos sent by customer, work with project team, provides response to the Memo in a timely fashion.

-參與客戶對機(jī)車的現(xiàn)場救援工作。

-Join field rescue effort requested by customer to the locomotives.

與工程團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，調(diào)查客戶提出的熱點(diǎn)問題，為客戶找到解決方案。

-Work with engineering team, investigate hot issues raised by customer, find solution for customer.

服務(wù)經(jīng)理安排的其他任務(wù)。

-Other tasks assigned by service manager.

資格

Qualification

工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位，或同等經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

-BS in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。

-Good written and spoken English ability.

-團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神強(qiáng)。

-Strong team player.

-具有影響客戶和同行的能力。

-Demonstrated ability to influence customer and peers.

有機(jī)車業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

-Technical service experience in locomotive business preferred.
