Responsibilities:
? Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies of PCB design for new product launch
? Conduct the thorough DFM study of the PCB layout and feedback to RD team for better DFM performance at NPI phase
? Planning and implementation to have technology-edge infrastructure of the whole SMT/PCBA workshop and to set up a well-performed team of production and manufacturing engineering
? Actively involved in SMT/PCBA workshop / line set up and equipment upgrades
? Guide the SMT/DIP engineers/technicians on optimizing the SMT/PCBA machine setup
? Guide the the SMT/DIP engineers/technicians on solder quality improvement and process optimization
? Guide the SMT/DIP engineers/technicians on mahcine maintaince and trouble shooting
? Responsible for overseeing assembly and SMT/PCBA engineering team
? Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.
? Able to deal with and achieve customers' requirements
? Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry
? Handle ad hoc assignments as require
Requirements:
? University graduate in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering or related discipline
? A minimum of 10 years working experience in a sizeable SMT/PCBA workshop; experience in household electrical appliance is an advantage
? Track record of set up a SMT/PCBA factory / workshop and the team in a sizeable company
? Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SMT and wave soldering process
? Strong problem solving, influencing skills, communication and people management skills
? Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
? Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing
? Station in PRC Dongguan and willing to travel to Thailand plant is required
? Immediate available or with short notice is preferable
