RESPONSIBILITIES
1. According to the enterprise development strategy, formulates financial strategic planning, organizes the establishment of financial management and control system, and establishes and improves the financial control system.
2. Responsible for providing strategic business analysis and the management and oversight of all financial accounting matters in the company. Ensures full compliance with local laws/regulations, corporate policy/procedures, and internal control requirements.
3. Full responsibility for all financial processes and matters, setting,
maintaining, and improving company financial management policies and
procedures.
4. Ensure accurate financial data and strict internal audit and approval process. Ensure that the company's financial data accurately and transparently reflect the company's financial position.
5. Responsible for managing the financial activities of the company and adhering to Chinese GAAP (CAS) as well as US GAAP. Must have US GAAP experience.
6. Work with the Board and General Manager to ensure the company's overall success.
7. Experience leading different financial teams.
8. Perform strict financial operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the different cost centers.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related major, accountant intermediate title or above.
2. Expected to drive long-term performance of the team and be a steward of the resources of the company.
3. More than 10 years of working experience, more than 5 years of medium-sized factory financial manager and above experience
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5.Good analytical skills in financial control, forecast, budget. Create and support department and company’s KPI.
6.Excellent command of English both in oral and written. Experience communicating with colleagues overseas by video conferencing and telephone.
7. Strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting systems such as Kingdee, YonYou, etc.
8.Good professional ethics, good sense of financial secrecy
9. Understands Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and has successfully applied the standard in previous career.
