Location: Beijing

Overview: we’re seeking an account solution manager to join our CES team in China. The successful candidate will carry out marketing activities for companies & overseas universities and keep close communication with customers.

Responsibilities of the role

· Be the point of contact for your customers and ensure a high quality implementation of the marketing strategies and actions, especially on digital marketing such as Redbook/Video Channel account management

· Follow social media development trend proactively and provide creative ideas on marketing activities and content creation, delivery high quality content (text &Video) to reach the KPIs for followers/views/open rate on different channels.

· Develop holistic marketing plan to complete project target, work closely with team/ customers to carry out the plan, engage with existing/potential resources to achieve maximum ROI.

· Act as account manager for customers to ensure a smooth delivery of contractual obligations.

· Represent customers to develop institutional relationships with societies, research institutes, and universities as well as with key opinion leaders for potential cooperation and marketing opportunities.

· Be resourceful and able to seek all solutions to improve customer satisfaction per agreed metrics.

· Be approachable for customers.

· Produce regular report of activities with an aim to foster longer term cooperation with the ability to constantly suggest improvement.

· Carry out bespoke market analyses per customer objectives and assist to produce high level business proposals.

· Manage freelancers or vendors to provide satisfied services, coach team members when necessary

Knowledge and skills required

· Minimum of 2-3 years marketing working experience preferably in publishing/Education/PR Agency industry, has experience in managing marketing team is preferred

· Social medias management experience is must, proficient in Redbook/Zhihu/Tiktok

· Excellent oral and writing English, good at Chinese content writing

· Powerful communication and presentation skills

· People oriented and team work a must

· Able to work independently and under pressure sometimes without much background support
