招聘行政實習生,要求全職學生,英語、酒店管理、工商管理等專業(yè)為佳,其他專業(yè)英語好也可。具體如下:
Primary Responsibilities
· Working with the AA to cover the front desk
· Guiding visitors/clients
· Answering and redirecting phone calls
· Assisting with conference room reservations and meeting services
· Supporting OM/AA with office events and projects
· Assisting with routine administrative tasks such as office supply and stationery ordering and management, device maintenance, express/mail package management, office environment maintenance, etc.
· Providing additional administrative support as assigned by the Office Manager/Admin team
· Providing full cover of the reception and other AA functions when the AA is absent
· Working with/supporting staff of other functions if needed
· Completing other assignments from the Office Manager as directed
Requirements:
· Full-time student at universities, Business Administration, Tourism/Hotel Management, and English majors are preferred
· Able to work 4 to 5 days per week, at least 3 consecutive months
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Attention to detail with a high-level accuracy
· Strong work ethic
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Excellent verbal, written and drafting skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
· Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
· Previous internship is a plus but not required.
Stipend: RMB200/day
