More than 5years working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control.
Experienced on team management, project management experience is preferred
Be familiar with ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 9001 quality tools and knowledge on using common measuring gauges/tools
Strong communication skill and customer relationship management.
Positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the projects
Hard work and be ready for the urgent business travel.

Job designation/Field of work:
Lead inspection team to carry out product quality control and rework as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides.
Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements.
Prepare the inspection working instruction and provide proper training to the inspection team. Daily report to the customer and weekly job11 projects overview reports.
Implement process and product audit and generate report. Conduct corrective / improvement actions
Monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined countermeasures on-site.
Good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer representative (on-site support at end-customer).
Manage and coordinate the international project within Formel D group.
Assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis, implementation of the corrective measures. Initiate 8D report and corresponding follow up with validating effectiveness.

編制分揀/檢查作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū),并為檢查組提供適當(dāng)?shù)呐嘤?xùn)。向客戶(hù)提供每日?qǐng)?bào)告和每周工作概述報(bào)告。
監(jiān)督供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)跟蹤確定的對(duì)策。
與供應(yīng)商和客戶(hù)良好的溝通,可靠的客戶(hù)代表(最終客戶(hù)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持)。
管理和協(xié)調(diào)FORMEL D集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的項(xiàng)目。協(xié)助關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題的根本原因分析、糾正措施的實(shí)施和有效性檢查。
管理OEM或Tier1供應(yīng)商的客戶(hù)服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。
