Duties/Responsibilities

1. 全面負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)車間各項(xiàng)管理工作，落實(shí)公司下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和任務(wù)。

Taking overall responsibilities for the management of the production workshop,implement a serial of KPI and tasks of the company issued.

2. 全面推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)管理、工藝技術(shù)改進(jìn)、車間一線人員管理、生產(chǎn)物料短缺協(xié)調(diào)、WIP管理等。

Motivating all-round production management, technology improvement, non-operatives’ management, Coordination of material shortage, the WIP management, etc.

3. 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃合理排產(chǎn)，加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)全過程的協(xié)調(diào)、控制,保證生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃如期完成。

Implement reasonable production scheduling according to production plan, strengthen the coordination and contrail over of the production process to ensure the production plan to be timely.

4. 負(fù)責(zé)車間勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律管理，提高生產(chǎn)效率。

Taking responsible for management of labor discipline and improve production efficiency;

5. 協(xié)調(diào)資源，促進(jìn)并優(yōu)化員工隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，不斷致力于提高員工素質(zhì)，充分調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性、創(chuàng)造性。

Resources coordination, promote and optimize the staff team building, and constantly improve the quality of employees, fully arouse the enthusiasm creatives of employees.

6. 組織工藝、技術(shù)及質(zhì)量改進(jìn)會議，從人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)五方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，制定切實(shí)可行的改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。

Organize process, technology, and quality improvement meeting, devote to aspects of systemized analysis from the people, machine, material, and method, and formulate feasible improvement plan.

7. 推動(dòng)工藝優(yōu)化，崗位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)范化等。

Promote the process optimization, position standardize normalization for operating procedures, etc.

8. 監(jiān)督車間設(shè)備、工具、物料、清潔工具等物品的狀態(tài)管理工作，確保現(xiàn)場的整潔有序。

Supervise equipment/Device, tools, materials, cleaning tools and other items of state management work, to ensure that the site in a neat and orderly state

9. 協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)物料供應(yīng)，組織制定各種物料消耗定額，不斷降低生產(chǎn)消耗。

Coordinate material supply for lines sustained with routinely. to make all kinds of material consumption distribution, and continuously reduce production cost;

10.其他分配的工作。Other Duties as assigned.

Education/Special Skill Requirements:

1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械制造相關(guān)專業(yè)。

College and above degrees, major in mechanical manufacturing or related majors.

2. 熟練使用Word、Excel等常用辦公軟件。

Proficient in using common office software such as Word, Excel.

3. 10年以上制造型企業(yè)生產(chǎn)車間管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉齒輪箱或微型電機(jī)的基本生產(chǎn)工藝和流程優(yōu)先。

10 years working experience in production workshop management at manufacturing enterprise, be familiar with the basic production process in industry of gear box or micro motor is preferred.

4. 具有較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力、溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)組織能力。

Strong hands-on ability, communication skills, coordination ability of organizing and coordinating.

5. 熟悉ISO 9000，IAFT16949相關(guān)體系

Be familiar with ISO 9000, IAFT16949 related quality system

6. 具有生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立分析、處理現(xiàn)場問題的能力。

With rich experience in production process design and improvement, strong ability of independent analysis and deal with the problem.
