職位描述

國(guó)內(nèi)專(zhuān)利流程
崗位職責(zé):
?Define patent planning according to product development strategy by working closely with R&D, marketing and sales
?Monitor patent activities of competitors and output analysis report to support internal development
?Monitor team patent creation and lead patent review according to planning
?Responsible for patent maintenance including patent application, assessment and communication with patent agency
?Organize regular training about patent drafting, patent database and so on
?Support infringement analysis and lawsuit with patent agency
?Responsible for the workflow of patent management
?Collect new requirements about Hi-tech company or other government policy
?Lead RD project activities regarding Hi-tech company application
Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time
?與研發(fā)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)和銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)密切合作，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略制定專(zhuān)利規(guī)劃
監(jiān)控競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的專(zhuān)利活動(dòng)和產(chǎn)出分析報(bào)告，以支持內(nèi)部發(fā)展
?監(jiān)督團(tuán)隊(duì)專(zhuān)利創(chuàng)建，并根據(jù)計(jì)劃領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專(zhuān)利審查
負(fù)責(zé)專(zhuān)利維護(hù)，包括專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)、評(píng)估和與專(zhuān)利代理機(jī)構(gòu)的溝通
定期組織專(zhuān)利起草、專(zhuān)利數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等方面的培訓(xùn)
?支持專(zhuān)利代理機(jī)構(gòu)的侵權(quán)分析和訴訟
負(fù)責(zé)專(zhuān)利管理的工作流程
收集有關(guān)高科技公司或其他政府政策的新要求
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與高科技公司申請(qǐng)相關(guān)的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)
?承擔(dān)公司可能不時(shí)分配的額外職責(zé)
任職要求:
?Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical, automotive or engineering related background
?Minimum 3 years R&D working experience in automotive industry
?Fluent in English and proficient in cross-cultural communication skills
?Able to manage multiple priorities
?Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude
?Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
?Strong negotiation skills, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
?Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
?本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、汽車(chē)或工程相關(guān)背景
?至少3年汽車(chē)行業(yè)研發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?英語(yǔ)流利，精通跨文化溝通技巧

?展示戰(zhàn)略思維方法和服務(wù)態(tài)度
在沒(méi)有正式授權(quán)的情況下，有能力影響跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)
