Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit sales reports (weekly/monthly) accurately and promptly, including progress updates, client development/maintenance status, and market intelligence.
2. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic decisions.
3. Develop new client pipelines through diversified channels (e.g., telemarketing, digital campaigns, exhibitions, referrals), establish client databases, and implement classification/follow-up systems for prospects.
4. Manage contract drafting, negotiations, and execution in compliance with corporate protocols; oversee payment collection processes.
5. Lead English bid proposal preparation during project tendering and act as on-site project coordinator during implementation phases.
6. Execute additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Center General Manager and International Marketing Director.
Qualifications:
1. CET-6 certification or higher required. Proficient in English oral and listening communication, with demonstrated ability to interpret technical documentation such as mechanical design literature, technical manuals, and industry standards. Must possess a thorough understanding of specialized terminology and technical specifications in the field.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of sales experience; professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
