Job Description:

? Provide support and perform troubleshooting for daily processing in SAP BASIS module as well as other ERP(s).

? Deliver user training and provide ongoing support.

? Support the Project Manager by troubleshooting issues and proposing effective solutions.

? Perform installation and monitoring and maintain ERP infrastructure in good condition and provide proactive support to the infrastructure.

? Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and foreign consultants to resolve incidents.

Qualifications:
? Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP projects in BASIS module.
? Willing to adopt other ERP for installation, troubleshooting and support.
? Good understanding of systems including Linux and windows server, database administration, network etc.
? Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and efficiently manage tasks to support end-users.
? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
? Willingness to travel overseas for business trips when required.

? 中英文溝通能力出色，能進(jìn)行流利的書面和口頭交流。
? 能夠適應(yīng)海外出差需求，以滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展要求。
