【職位描述】
??DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Senior Project Manager/Project Manager in handling and performing Project Management of mid to large-scale interior fit-out Projects.
-Support Project Manager in establishing project budget in accordance with client requirements. Manage and forecast expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
-Support the Project Manager in establishing a detailed overall project program that sets clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project delivery.
-Preparation of PCG (Project Control Group) reports and attending PCG meetings as required. Prepare meeting minutes after PCG meetings.
-Support Project Manager in establishing and maintaining anticipated cost reports. Including cash flows and accruals. Ensuring invoices from vendors are submitted in a timely manner to both the clients and JLL accounting.
-Reviewing and providing recommendations on variations. Collecting and vetting appropriate supporting documentation for submission to clients. Obtaining timely client approvals.
-Implementing and maintaining JLL Health Safety and Environmental systems and taking responsibility for areas under your direction.
A basic degree of experience and competence in the following areas will be required for this role:
-Understands programming and scheduling of work activities throughout all stages of the project.
-Budget and cost planning;cost management.
-Design management/review and coordination.
-Contract administration.
-Procurement and tender for consultants & contractors.
-Health & safety management in projects.
-Project documentation and reporting tools.


EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
-At least 2 years of relevant industry experience with consultant or contractor firms.
-Good experience with interiors fit-out projects.
-Educational qualifications in the field of building / project & construction management / engineering / architecture.
-Proficiency with MS Office suite;MS Project;AutoCAD.
-Independent;resourceful;possess a keen ability to learn;and with excellent work ethic.
-Strong written & verbal English communication skill is essential.
-Class A or B Registered Constructor license (一/二級注冊建造師-建筑工程專業(yè)) is preferred.
