崗位職責(zé):Job Responsibilities
1. 總經(jīng)理重要會(huì)議的組織與管理,并跟進(jìn)落實(shí)會(huì)議內(nèi)容;
Organize and manage GM's important meetings, and follow up the implementation;
2. 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理助理計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、安排重大商務(wù)、事務(wù)活動(dòng);
Assist GM assistant to plan, organize, coordinate and arrange major business activities;
3. 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理助理處理外部公共關(guān)系(政府、重要客戶等);
Assist GM assistant to handle external public relations (government, KA);
4. 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理助理安排總經(jīng)理日常行程;
Assist GM assistant in daily schedule of GM;
5. 完成其他臨時(shí)交辦的任務(wù)。
Other tasks assigned.
任職資格:Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,多種專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先;
Bachelor or above, multiple professional backgrounds is preferred;
2. 能接受國(guó)內(nèi)外出差,德語流利;
Willing to travel both at home and abroad, Fluent in German;
3. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、組織能力;
Strong communication, coordination and organization skills;
4. 具備優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行能力;
Strong executive capacity;
5.具備主動(dòng)求變的意識(shí)。
